We only source our caviar and roe from no-kill farms, as we want to pass a better world to our children and grandchildren. We are striving to become a NET ZERO business by 2026 and taking significant steps to offset our carbon footprint from sourcing our products from around the world.

Caviar is a superfood lush with Omega 3, Vitamins B2, B6, and B12. This is one of the most nutritious foods on this planet supporting mental acuity and overall health. Its taste is salty, and its volume is a quiet-loud. See if you can pair it with some finer tastes in the world. We personally enjoy it for breakfast with eggs, or with French blinis and crème fraiche. For drinks you may like to try it with a champagne or a vodka of your choosing.
